Matt Bomer has been cast as Montgomery Clift in a newly announced biopic that will explore Clift’s relationship with Elizabeth Taylor during the filming of “A Place in the Sun” (1951). The role of Taylor is yet to be cast.

That announcement should help quiet down those 50 Shades protesters!! Should be an interesting movie… Liz and Monty had a lovely, loving relationship from all I’ve read and I loved them together in A Place in the Sun.
