I was an avid X-Files fan back in the day. Would’t miss an episode. I’d hunker down each Wednesday night at 8:30PM, usually home alone and scared out of my brain, but unable NOT to watch! The fan anticipation for this new instalment is massive. The pressure to match, or better, the original is off the charts! My biggest concern is that these six-episodes in the new series will bomb and the show will forever have the tagline, “Great show. A classic! Pity they brought it back though…”
What do you think? Can they pick up where they left off? Same cast, same crew…can lightning in a bottle strike twice? We’ll soon see!
