It’s been 50 years since we lost an icon – Marilyn Monroe. Still, five decades on from her tragic, mysterious death, she’s still studied, ogled and emulated to this day.

I’m having my own Marilyn Film Festival today in her memory and lighting candles all over my apartment. She was gone before I was born but I miss her today.
